Which discount does the card proposes?
First, United offers a competitive fuel pricing. If you pay your bill with your credit card, you may receive up to 14 days interest free to pay the entire amount. In addition, United has setup co-branded Member Fuel discount card. A full list of "communities" have been setup by United and offer fuel discounts starting at 2c/L that can go up to 4c/L only in participating United Stores.
Can I use the United Fuel Discount Card outside the United Network?
Your card can only be used within the United Network which includes nearly 400 fuel sites and is expanding around Australia.
Where are the United fuel sites located?
Western Australia: 27 sites near Perth, 29 sites in total Northern territory: 15 sites in the Darwin area, 2 in Alice Springs and on Highway 87 Queensland: 30 sites on the coast between Cairns and Brisbane, with 38 additional fuel sites in the Brisbane area. A few sites in the western parts of Queensland New South Wales: 17 sites between Brisbane and Sidney, 39 in the Sydney area and 8 sites in the back country Victoria: 122 in the Melbourne area and a few ones in the back country South Australia: 17 fuel sites near Adelaide Tasmania: 43 stations on the island
How can I control my expenses?
United proposes Pin enabled cards with product restriction capabilities and odometer reading recording. A self-service online portal is proposed by United to allow you to administer the account and cancel cards if needed. It enables an access to a detailed online reporting 24 hours 7 days a week.
Can I use a United Card for non-fuel purchases?
Yes, the United Card can be used for fuel, or fuel and snacks and you can set different restriction levels on each card.
What are the main fees for a United Card?
You'll pay a monthly card fee of $2.20 per card. There is a 1.2% on payments made by Visa or Mastercard, or 2.4% fee for AMEX.
There is also a $20 fee for late payments.
Where can I use the United Card?
You’re able to use your United Card at any United Petroleum station Australia wide.
